Muhlenberg County Stallions Takes Victory Over Owensboro RiverDawgs, 7-2

Muhlenberg County Stallions scores more runs than Owensboro RiverDawgs, takes victory on Wednesday to the tune of 7-2

Muhlenberg County Stallions got things moving in the first inning, when Brandon Scheurer singled on a 0-1 count, scoring two runs.

Scott Rouse was the winning pitcher for Muhlenberg County Stallions. Rouse surrendered zero runs on four hits over six innings, striking out 11 and walking one. Jordan Schaefer threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen. Schaefer recorded the last nine outs to earn the save for Muhlenberg County Stallions.

Chase Harlan took the loss for Owensboro RiverDawgs. The righty allowed five hits and four runs over three and a third innings, striking out two.
