2025 Front Office Staff

Will Cox, President

Will is in second season as president of the the Ohio Valley League. Before assuming that role in the Fall of 2023, Will was a board member of the Madisonville Miners Baseball Club since the team was founded in Madisonville around 2011. As a Miners board member, Will has served in numerous capacities including board secretary, head scorekeeper, public address announcer, play-by-play broadcaster, and master of filling the "other duties as assigned by the Chair" role for the Miners.

When he's not at the ballpark, Will practices law in Madisonville at the Law Office of William M Cox Jr PLLC or mows the grass on the family farm (or he might be chasing one of his spoiled-rotten dogs around the farm too).

In addition to his work with the OVL and the Miners, he's also a board member at Habitat for Humanity of Hopkins County, the treasurer (and a past president) of the Hopkins County Bar Association, and a member (and a past president) of the Madisonville Noon Kiwanis Club. Will also served four years as a city councilmember and four years as mayor of the City of Madisonville.
