Sunday Night Results

• Rain washed out the scheduled doubleheader in Hoptown between the Hoppers and Rhythm. The rains started in the bottom of the second inning of Game 1, with the Hoppers leading 1-0. The game was not completed and Game 2 was postponed. When we know how this impacts the remaining schedule, we will post that information.
• The Railroaders swept a doubleheader with the Miners at Lohaus Field in Fulton. The Railroaders took Game One 6-4 and also Game 2 16-14. 
• The Flash hosted the Chiefs at Park Field in Henderson and posted the 9-2 victory. The win put the Flash into first place in the standings, one-half game ahead of the Hoppers, who can't avoid the rainouts tight now.

Current Standings

The Flash move into first place at 21-8, followed by the Hoppers at 19-7. The Rhythm are alone in third place at 14-13, six games behind the Flash, with the Chiefs in fourth place at 12-15 and eight games out of the top spot. The Railroaders (9-20) and Miners (8-10) are twelve and twelve-and-a-half games back.

Monday and Tuesday - Scheduled Off Days

Monday and Tuesday, July 6 and 7, are scheduled off days. We hope this will allow the rainy weather to clear the area so we can get back to baseball on Wednesday night. If the schedule changes, we will advise as soon as possible.
