Hoppers at Flash

The Hoptown Hoppers downed the Henderson Flash 8-3 in Henderson on Sunday night to advance to the OVL Championship Semi-Finals. The Hoppers will face the top-seeded Full Count Rhythm in a best-of-three series that begins Tuesday night, July 22, in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Game 2 will be Wednesday night, July 23, in Hoptown, with Game 3, if neccessary, back in Hendersonville. Stayed tuned for the start times of the series ballgames. The loss elinimates the Flash from the post season playoffs.

Miners at Railroaders

The Fulton Railroaders walked it off against the Madisonville Miners 5-4 in Fulton on Sunday night. With the win, the Rhythm advance to the OVL Championship Semi-Finals to face the second-seeded Paduch Chiefs in a best-of-three series beginning Tuesday night in Paducah. Game 2 will be in Fulton on Wednesday night, and Game 3, if necessaary, will be back in Paducah on Thursday night. Stay tuned for the start times of the series ballgames. The loss elinimate the Miners from the post season playoffs.
