Fulton Railroaders Come Up Short Against Henderson Flash

Fulton Railroaders could not keep pace with Henderson Flash 7-3 on Sunday.
Henderson Flash opened the scoring in the first after Nate York singled, scoring one run.
A steal of home by Colton Evans extended the Henderson Flash lead to 2-0 in the top of the second inning.
Fulton Railroaders took the lead in the bottom of the second inning after Diego Duque homered to right field, Mason Cook doubled, and Dom Maldet singled, each scoring one run.
In the top of the third inning, Henderson Flash went back into the lead after York singled, and Henderson Flash scored on a wild pitch, each scoring one run.
Kiefer Parsons earned the win for Henderson Flash. They allowed one hit and zero runs over two innings, striking out three and walking none. Carson Cochran pitched six innings in relief for Fulton Railroaders. The reliever gave up six hits and three runs while, striking out six and walking one. Brock Arender took the loss for Fulton Railroaders. The starting pitcher went two and one-third innings, allowing four runs on four hits, striking out one and walking four. Josh Kuhns stepped on the hill first for Henderson Flash. The right-handed pitcher surrendered four hits and three runs over one and one-third innings, striking out one and walking one.
Fulton Railroaders collected nine hits in the game. Duque, Jonathon Walsh, and Maldet each collected two hits for Fulton Railroaders. Duque, Maldet, and Cook each drove in one run for Fulton Railroaders.
