Paducah Chiefs Trounce Fulton Railroaders at Brooks Stadium

Paducah Chiefs got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Kyle Hayes singled, and Luke Dymond doubled, each scoring one run.

Paducah Chiefs added one run in the second. Dymond walked, making the score 3-0.

Jack McLaury earned the win for Paducah Chiefs. The righty gave up six hits and zero runs over five innings, striking out three and walking none. Erich Radzinski took the loss for Fulton Railroaders. The starting pitcher went one and two-thirds innings, giving up three runs on three hits, striking out two and walking six. Max Vosters tossed three innings of scoreless ball for Paducah Chiefs in relief. They gave up one hit, striking out four and walking two.

Paducah Chiefs collected nine hits in the game. Ayden Terry and Colin McClure were a force together in the lineup, as they each collected two hits for Paducah Chiefs while hitting back-to-back. Dymond, Terry, and McClure each drove in two runs for Paducah Chiefs. Ben Brombaugh led Paducah Chiefs with three walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, collecting nine walks for the game. Paducah Chiefs turned one double play in the game.

Alejandro Quiles, Fulton Railroaders's number eight hitter, led the team with three hits in three at-bats.
