Henderson Flash closed the gap by scoring on a double, a fielder's choice, an error, a fielder's choice, and a ground out.

Hoptown Hoppers got on the board in the bottom of the second inning after Henderson Flash committed an error, and John Kiebler grounded out, each scoring two runs.

Brayden Blevins and Sam Perkins each collected two hits for Hoptown Hoppers. Ethan Landis and Ruben Ogando each drove in two runs for Hoptown Hoppers. Landis led Hoptown Hoppers with two walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, amassing six walks for the game. Landis stole two bases. Hoptown Hoppers turned two double plays in the game.

Wyatt Bowling led Henderson Flash with two runs batted in from the number eight spot in the lineup. The outfielder went 1-for-4 on the day. Brock Lummus went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead Henderson Flash in hits. Henderson Flash stole four bases in the game.
