Gavin Gentry threw a shutout to lead Louisville Jockeys past Henderson Flash 2-0 on Wednesday.

The pitching was strong on both sides. Gentry struck out five, while Henderson Flash pitchers sat down five.

A single by Jacob L in the first inning was a positive for Henderson Flash.

Gentry got the win for Louisville Jockeys. The pitcher lasted nine innings, allowing four hits and zero runs while striking out five and walking one.

Sam M took the loss for Henderson Flash. Sam allowed seven hits and two runs over three and a third innings, striking out one and walking zero.

Louisville Jockeys collected eight hits on the day. Cade Moore and Diond're Jacob all collected multiple hits for Louisville Jockeys. Jacob and Moore each collected two hits to lead Louisville Jockeys. Louisville Jockeys was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Jarrett Chapman made the most plays with seven.

Jacob went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead Henderson Flash in hits.
