Henderson Flash Grabs Lead In Fifth Inning To Defeat Louisville Jockeys

Henderson Flash snatched the lead late in the game in a 6-4 victory over Louisville Jockeys on Thursday. Henderson Flash trailed 4-3 in the bottom of the fifth inning when Nathan Brewer's sac fly scored two runs for Henderson Flash.

Louisville Jockeys scored four runs in the third inning, but Henderson Flash still managed to pull out the victory. The big inning for Louisville Jockeys came thanks to a single by Austin Taylor, by Bailey Hale, and a double by William Lybrook.

Henderson Flash got things moving in the first inning, when Logan Lacey doubled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run.

Logan Haslam earned the win for Henderson Flash. The righty surrendered one run on one hit over two and two-thirds innings, striking out two and walking zero. Matthew Ray threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen. Ray recorded the last six outs to earn the save for Henderson Flash.
