Late Score Costs Paducah Chiefs Against Full Count Rhythm

Wednesday's game against Full Count Rhythm was a heartbreaker for Paducah Chiefs, as they lost the lead late in an 8-6 defeat. The game was tied at five with Full Count Rhythm batting in the top of the tenth when Walker Strange singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

Despite the loss, Paducah Chiefs did collect five hits in the high-scoring affair. Unfortunately, Full Count Rhythm had 12 hits on the way to victory.

Logan Harrell was credited with the victory for Full Count Rhythm. The righty allowed zero hits and zero runs over two innings, striking out four and walking one. Carson Howard threw one and one-third innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Nate Boon took the loss for Paducah Chiefs. The hurler allowed two hits and two runs over two and a third innings, striking out four.

Spencer Wilkins started the game for Full Count Rhythm. The pitcher surrendered five runs on four hits over six and two-thirds innings, striking out six Jaacob Ehling started the game for Paducah Chiefs. The pitcher went five innings, allowing four runs on seven hits, striking out one and walking one

Christian Beal went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead Paducah Chiefs in hits.

Full Count Rhythm tallied 12 hits in the game. Levi Perrell, Josh Seiler, Strange, and Holbrook all managed multiple hits for Full Count Rhythm.
