Louisville Jockeys took the lead for good with six runs in the fifth inning. In the fifth Kannon Stull singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run, Cade Moore was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, Max Lane tripled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring three runs, and William Lynbrook singled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.

Conner Fries led the Louisville Jockeys to victory on the hill. The fireballer went two innings, allowing zero runs on one hit, striking out two and walking zero. Nate Tenzca and Lane Goetz entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

Bobby Fowler took the loss for Dubois County Bombers. The righty lasted one inning, allowing four hits and six runs while walking one.
