Full Count Rhythm Claims Lead In Seventh Inning To Defeat Hoptown Hoppers

Full Count Rhythm snagged a late lead and defeated Hoptown Hoppers 11-5 on Monday. The game was tied at five with Full Count Rhythm batting in the bottom of the seventh when Hudson Mimbs homered on a 1-2 count, scoring four runs.

Mimbs led Full Count Rhythm to victory by driving in six runs. Mimbs went 2-for-4 at the plate. Mimbs drove in runs on a home run in the fourth and a grand slam in the seventh.

In the first inning, Full Count Rhythm got their offense started. Full Count Rhythm scored one run when Henry Mosley singled.

In the bottom of the fifth inning, Full Count Rhythm tied things up at five when Mosley doubled on the first pitch of the at-bat, scoring two runs.

Brady Chappell led the Full Count Rhythm to victory on the pitcher's mound. Chappell went three innings, allowing zero runs on one hit, striking out five, and walking one. Jack Thompson, Will Pryor, and Tyler Sills all put in work in relief out of the bullpen, steering their team towards the victory.

Cody Hupp took the loss for Hoptown Hoppers. The lefty went two and two-thirds innings, allowing eight runs on four hits and striking out three.

Gage Bradley started the game for Full Count Rhythm. The pitcher went three and two-thirds innings, allowing five runs on four hits and striking out four Garrett Blevins started the game for Hoptown Hoppers. Blevins lasted four innings, allowing four hits and three runs while striking out one

Full Count Rhythm launched three home runs on the day. Mimbs went deep in the fourth and seventh innings. Mosley put one out in the seventh inning.

Full Count Rhythm tallied eight hits. Mosley, Drew Robertson, and Mimbs each collected multiple hits for Full Count Rhythm. Mosley led Full Count Rhythm with three hits in four at-bats.
