Franklin Duelers easily did away with Fulton Railroaders 13-3 on Tuesday

Franklin Duelers knotted the game up at two in the bottom of the third inning, when Jay Curtis doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

Franklin Duelers pulled away for good with four runs in the fourth inning. In the fourth Jackson Norris hit a solo homer, Cam McMillan doubled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run, Bryce Cape grounded out, scoring one run, and Johnathon Evans's sac fly scored one run for Franklin Duelers.

Franklin Duelers tallied four runs in the sixth inning. Franklin Duelers scored its runs on a double by Mark Castle.

Daniel Courtney took the win for Franklin Duelers. The hurler allowed three hits and three runs over five innings, striking out six. Clayton Taylor and Jonathon Burns entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

Jackson Shoulders took the loss for Fulton Railroaders. The bulldog lasted three innings, allowing seven hits and six runs while striking out three and walking zero.

Franklin Duelers launched two home runs on the day. Norris went yard in the fourth inning. McMillan went for the long ball in the third inning.

Franklin Duelers had 14 hits in the game. Matt Jenkinson, Curtis, Castle, Norris, and McMillan each managed multiple hits for Franklin Duelers. McMillan, Norris, Castle, Curtis, and Jenkinson each collected two hits to lead Franklin Duelers.

Ryan Callahan led Fulton Railroaders with two hits in four at-bats.
