Fulton Railroaders Jumps Out To Early Lead In Victory Over Louisville Jockeys

An early lead helped Fulton Railroaders defeat Louisville Jockeys 10-4 on Wednesday. Fulton Railroaders scored on a groundout by Brady Holloway in the first inning, a double by Braxton Baird in the second inning, and a double by Ryan Callahan in the second inning.

Fulton Railroaders pulled away for good with four runs in the second inning. In the second Baird doubled on a 1-2 count, scoring two runs and Callahan doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

CJ Lofton got the win for Fulton Railroaders. The pitcher lasted six innings, allowing four hits and four runs while striking out six. Brooks Cooner threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.

Ashton Dickmann took the loss for Louisville Jockeys. The pitcher went one and two-thirds innings, allowing five runs on four hits.

Fulton Railroaders saw the ball well today, racking up 13 hits in the game. Callahan, Aiden Cloud, and Parker Estes all had multiple hits for Fulton Railroaders. Callahan went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Fulton Railroaders in hits.

Jaret Humphrey led Louisville Jockeys with two hits in three at-bats.
