Pitchers Duel In Low-Scoring Affair, Fulton Railroaders Falls To Paducah Chiefs

Both teams were strong on the hill on Saturday, but Paducah Chiefs were just a little bit stronger at the plate in a victory over Fulton Railroaders on Saturday. Brooks Cooner started the game for Fulton Railroaders and recorded 18 outs.

Colin Murphy pitched Paducah Chiefs to victory. The bulldog went seven innings, allowing two runs on five hits, striking out seven, and, walking zero. Evan Oakley threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Cooner took the loss for Fulton Railroaders. Cooner went six innings, allowing two runs on four hits and striking out six.

Fulton Railroaders hit two home runs on the day. Parker Estes went deep in the eighth inning. Ryan Lee went yard in the fourth inning.

Landon Rogers, Brady Holloway, Estes, Braxton Baird, and Lee each collected one hit to lead Fulton Railroaders. Fulton Railroaders didn't commit a single error in the field. Lee had the most chances in the field with ten.

Paducah Chiefs didn't commit a single error in the field. Cal Cook had 12 chances in the field, the most on the team.
