A walk-off single led Hoptown Hoppers past Full Count Rhythm 6-5 on Saturday. Hoptown Hoppers was down 5-4 in the bottom of the ninth inning when Joshua Rodriguez singled on a 3-1 count, scoring two runs.

Hoptown Hoppers earned the victory despite allowing Full Count Rhythm to score three runs in the ninth inning. Full Count Rhythm scored its runs on a home run by Tyler Franks.

Hoptown Hoppers fired up the offense in the first inning. Luis Vergara-Schoonewolf singled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.

The pitcher lasted eight and a third innings, allowing five hits and four runs while striking out 11 and walking zero Luke Sinnard started the game for Full Count Rhythm. Sinnard went six innings, allowing one run on two hits, striking out seven, and walking one
