Late Score Costs Dubois County Bombers Against Owensboro RiverDawgs

Friday's game against Owensboro RiverDawgs was a heartbreaker for Dubois County Bombers, as they lost the lead late in an 18-8 defeat. The game was tied at eight with Owensboro RiverDawgs batting in the top of the eighth when Weston Allen induced Myles Beale to hit into a fielder's choice, but one run scored.

Despite the loss, Dubois County Bombers did collect eight hits in the high-scoring affair. Unfortunately, Owensboro RiverDawgs had 15 hits on the way to victory.
