With Garrett On The Mound, Hoptown Hoppers Shuts Out Paducah Chiefs

Garrett Blevins didn't allow a single run against Paducah Chiefs, throwing a complete game shutout and leading Hoptown Hoppers to a 13-0 victory on Thursday

Hoptown Hoppers secured the victory thanks to seven runs in the fourth inning. Hoptown Hoppers' big bats were led by Chase Harlan, Drew Donaldson, Ronald Brown, Hunter Hyden, and Alex Archuleta, who each had RBIs in the inning.

Hoptown Hoppers scored seven runs in the fourth inning. Harlan, Donaldson, Brown, Hyden, and Archuleta each drove in runs during the inning.

One bright spot for Paducah Chiefs was a single by Gage Griggs in the first inning.

Blevins earned the victory on the hill for Hoptown Hoppers. The righty allowed five hits and zero runs over seven innings, striking out six.

Kailen Hamson took the loss for Paducah Chiefs. The lefty allowed zero hits and four runs over two innings, striking out one.

Hoptown Hoppers socked one home run on the day. Brown went yard in the third inning.

Hoptown Hoppers totaled ten hits in the game. William Spear and Archuleta each had multiple hits for Hoptown Hoppers. Archuleta and Spear each collected two hits to lead Hoptown Hoppers.
