Muhlenberg County Stallions Can't Quite Erase 5-Run Deficit In Loss To Madisonville Miners

Muhlenberg County Stallions fought back after falling down by five runs in the fifth inning. The comeback fell just short though, in a 7-6 defeat to Madisonville Miners on Tuesday. Muhlenberg County Stallions put up four runs in the failed comeback. Mack Clark, Garrett Dennis, and Garrison Goins powered the rally with RBIs.

Muhlenberg County Stallions couldn't keep up with Madisonville Miners early in the game. Madisonville Miners took the lead on a single in the second inning.

Madisonville Miners got things started in the second inning. Evan Liddie singled on the first pitch of the at-bat, scoring two runs.
