Dubois County Bombers watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 7-3 loss to Fulton Railroaders on Wednesday. Fulton Railroaders took the lead on a groundout in the first inning.

Fulton Railroaders scored three runs in the fifth inning. Fulton Railroaders's big inning was driven by singles by Estes and Alex Langford.

Cole Matthaidess earned the win for Fulton Railroaders. The right-hander allowed six hits and three runs over seven and third innings, striking out one. Kaden Hill and Bryan Pina entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

Conner Fries took the loss for Dubois County Bombers. The right-hander allowed three hits and five runs over five innings, striking out one.

Dubois County Bombers tallied nine hits. Mason Landers, Tyler Kapust, and Tucker Schank each collected multiple hits for Dubois County Bombers. Schank, Kapust, and Landers all had two hits to lead Dubois County Bombers.

Fulton Railroaders stole five bases during the game as two players stole more than one. Patrick Music led the way with two.
