There were runs aplenty on Tuesday, as Henderson Flash defeated Hoptown Hoppers 13-7.

Hoptown Hoppers got things started in the first inning. Zayd Brannigan was hit by a pitch, driving in a run.

Henderson Flash put up three runs in the eighth inning. The offensive firepower by Henderson Flash was led by Derek Wagner and Ryan Dos Santos, who each had RBIs in the inning.

Blake Ciuffetelli was credited with the victory for Henderson Flash. The southpaw surrendered three runs on three hits over five innings, striking out six. Dylan Beier and Joel Archer entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief. Archer recorded the last six outs to earn the save for Henderson Flash.

Grant Golomb took the loss for Hoptown Hoppers. The pitcher lasted four innings, allowing six hits and seven runs while striking out three.

Henderson Flash tallied five home runs on the day. Trevor Campbell went deep in the sixth inning. Cody Schultz had a four bagger in the fourth inning. Nick Rucker had a homer in the first inning. Brandon Daniels went yard in the sixth inning. Wagner went deep in the eighth inning.

Henderson Flash collected 12 hits on the day. Campbell, Dos Santos, and Schultz each had multiple hits for Henderson Flash. Campbell went 3-for-5 at the plate to lead Henderson Flash in hits. Trey Hutchison led Henderson Flash with three stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with ten stolen bases.

Hoptown Hoppers saw the ball well today, racking up six hits in the game. Jojo Cruz, Brannigan, and Benjamin (B.J.) Banyon each racked up multiple hits for Hoptown Hoppers.
