Despite seeing its seven-run lead whittled down by the end, Fulton Railroaders still held off Owensboro RiverDawgs for a 10-8 victory on Saturday. Owensboro RiverDawgs scored eight runs in the failed comeback on a single by Sam Pinkert in the fifth, a double by Peyton Meredith in the fifth, a single by Pinkert in the sixth, a in the eighth, a single by Cole Gober in the ninth, and a single by Hayden Hirschvogel in the ninth.

Bats blistered as Fulton Railroaders collected 11 hits and Owensboro RiverDawgs tallied ten in the high-scoring game.

Kail Hill took the loss for Owensboro RiverDawgs. The righthander allowed nine hits and seven runs over three and a third innings, striking out three and walking one.
