Owensboro RiverDawgs Out-Hits Competition, Yet Full Count Rhythm Takes The Win

Owensboro RiverDawgs fell 8-4 to Full Count Rhythm on Saturday despite out-hitting them seven to five.

Peyton Sells took the win for Full Count Rhythm. Sells allowed five hits and four runs over three and a third innings, striking out three. Austin Sandifer threw one and two-thirds innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Brock Lucas took the loss for Owensboro RiverDawgs. The righthander went three and a third innings, allowing four runs on one hit and striking out seven.

Ryan Ginther started the game for Full Count Rhythm. The lefthander lasted four innings, allowing zero hits and zero runs while striking out seven

Owensboro RiverDawgs tallied seven hits in the game. Ben Clark and David Jeffers each had multiple hits for Owensboro RiverDawgs. Jeffers and Clark each collected two hits to lead Owensboro RiverDawgs.

Jackson Hannon went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead Full Count Rhythm in hits. Full Count Rhythm was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Brennan DuBose made the most plays with 16.
