Big Fourth Inning Propels Fulton Railroaders To Victory Over Muhlenberg County Stallions

Fulton Railroaders knocked in six runs in the fourth on its way to an 8-2 victory over Muhlenberg County Stallions on Wednesday. Fulton Railroaders put the pressure on, lead by a single by Alex Langford and a home run by Joe Flanigan.

Logan Samuals was credited with the victory for Fulton Railroaders. The pitcher lasted five innings, allowing three hits and two runs while striking out four. Adam Weihe and Tristian Camp entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

Dom Pieto took the loss for Muhlenberg County Stallions. Pieto allowed seven hits and six runs over three and two-thirds innings, striking out three.

Fulton Railroaders tallied two home runs on the day. Langford had a dinger in the fifth inning. Flanigan had a homer in the fourth inning.

Fulton Railroaders racked up ten hits. Langford and Flanigan each had multiple hits for Fulton Railroaders. Flanigan and Langford each collected two hits to lead Fulton Railroaders.

Mason Lundgrin went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Muhlenberg County Stallions in hits.
