Both Owensboro RiverDawgs and Fulton Railroaders had their offenses going on Thursday, but Fulton Railroaders eventually succumbed 15-7 in the high-scoring affair.

The Fulton Railroaders struggled to contain the high-powered offense of Owensboro RiverDawgs, giving up 15 runs.

Fulton Railroaders opened up an early lead in the second inning when Nathan Bynum doubled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run.

Owensboro RiverDawgs took the lead for good with four runs in the third inning. In the third Michael Wymann doubled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run, Jacob White doubled on a 2-1 count, scoring two runs, and an error scored one run for Owensboro RiverDawgs.

Fulton Railroaders scored three runs in the fifth inning. Fulton Railroaders offense in the inning was led by Bynum and Chance Foss, all knocking in runs in the inning.

Owensboro RiverDawgs scored five runs in the sixth inning. The big inning for Owensboro RiverDawgs came thanks to walks by Parker Stahlman, Kyle Hogwood, and Kirk Liebert, a single by Josh Bennett, and by Ian Ellis.

Cameron Harvey was the winning pitcher for Owensboro RiverDawgs. He surrendered two runs on four hits over four innings, striking out four. Caleb Schreiner, Caleb Dubois, and Bo Robison all put in work in relief out of the bullpen, steering their team towards the victory.

Tyler Bell took the loss for Fulton Railroaders. He allowed one hit and three runs over one-third of an inning, walking one.
