Hoptown Hoppers Walks Away Victorious Over Madisonville Miners In High-Scoring Game, 12-7

Scorekeepers were kept busy today during a high-scoring contest between Hoptown Hoppers and Madisonville Miners where Hoptown Hoppers prevailed 12-7.

Hoptown Hoppers got on the board in the first inning. Hoptown Hoppers scored two runs when Blake Jackson homered.

Hoptown Hoppers pulled away for good with one run in the third inning. In the third Joe DeFina singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.

Hoptown Hoppers scored five runs in the fifth inning. Davis Keller, Malik Blaise, Cole Cummings, and Cord Johnson all drove in runs in the frame.
