Fulton Railroaders defeated Muhlenberg County Stallions 7-5 on Friday after taking the lead late in the game. The game was tied at five with Fulton Railroaders batting in the bottom of the fifth when an error scored one run for Fulton Railroaders.

In the first inning, Muhlenberg County Stallions got their offense started. Zack Tong singled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.

After Muhlenberg County Stallions scored one run in the top of the fourth, Fulton Railroaders answered with one of their own. Muhlenberg County Stallions scored when Tong grounded out, scoring one run. Fulton Railroaders then answered when Alex Cleverly singled on the first pitch of the at-bat, scoring one run.

Chance Shepard pitched Fulton Railroaders to victory. He allowed nine hits and five runs over six innings, striking out nine and walking one. Blake Wheeler threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen. Wheeler recorded the last three outs to earn the save for Fulton Railroaders.

Jack Ockerman took the loss for Muhlenberg County Stallions. He allowed 11 hits and seven runs over five innings, striking out three and walking zero.

Fulton Railroaders smacked one home run on the day. RJ Green had a four-bagger in the fifth inning.

Fulton Railroaders racked up 11 hits in the game. Green, Noah Haupt, and Matt Higgins all collected multiple hits for Fulton Railroaders. Green led Fulton Railroaders with three hits in three at-bats. Fulton Railroaders didn't commit a single error in the field. Cleverly had the most chances in the field with nine.
