(From Fulton) Fulton's final regular season home game and Fan Appreciation Night turned out to be an unforgettable one for both Railroader and Hopper supporters. The teams combined to accomplish 31 hits that included 11 homeruns and 5 doubles, along with punching 33 RBI total. 

The Hoppers jumped to a first inning lead scoring 4 runs off 6 hits that included two homers. The Railroaders put up a single score in the bottom half of the inning from a RBI single.

Hoptown extended their lead in the third inning with a 2 RBI homerun. The Railroaders followed in the bottom half of the inning sending 16 batters to the plate. Fulton produced 10 runs using two 3 RBI homeruns, a 2 RBI ground rule double, a RBI single and a walked in RBI to take an 11-6 lead.

The Hoppers quickly responded in the fourth inning with a 2 RBI homerun and another one run off a Railroader error. Again Fulton answered in the bottom half of the inning putting up 4 runs from a 2 RBI homer, RBI single and a sacrifice fly. The score now stood at 15-9 in Fulton favor.

The Railroaders pushed forward their lead by a single run in the bottom of the fifth inning with a RBI single.

In the top of the sixth inning Hoptown got going again with two back-to-back solo home runs and added another run from a RBI single. The lead was now reduced at 16-12 still in Fulton's favor.

The Hoppers cut into the lead again in the seventh inning after loading the bases scoring a run from off a batter hit by a pitch for a RBI. Bottom half of the inning saw the Railroaders get 6 more runs from a bases loaded walk, a costly 2 run error and a 3 RBI homerun. Fulton pushed their lead to a 22-13 score.

Hoptown topped off the scoring for both teams in the ninth inning with a final solo homerun.

Leading at the plate for Fulton were; Paul Salata with two homeruns for 5 RBI, Chase Slone 4-for-5 with a 3 RBI homerun, a RBI single and 5 runs scored, and Tyler Catlett who was 2-for-3 with a 3 RBI homerun, 2 scores and a RBI sacrifice fly.

Hoptown's offense was lead by Andrew Gross who hit an OVL record breaking 4 homeruns in the game for 6 RBI. Grant Robbins, Allonte Wingate and Hunter Holland also punched out homeruns for the Hoppers. 

Fulton's starting pitcher Konnor Aherin gets the win for 6 innings on the mound. He allowed 14 hits, 12 runs (11 earned), one walk with 4 strikeouts and left the game with the Railroaders in the lead. The Railroaders used three pitchers in relief for a single inning each. 

Starter Nick Coffman takes the loss for Hoptown, relieved in the third inning and responsible for the go ahead run for Fulton. Six additional pitchers combined to complete the game for the Hoppers.
