The Fulton Railroaders defeat the Paducah Chiefs, 2-1

 In 10 innings. The Railroaders break a 1-1 tie scoring a run in the top of the tenth inning and hold on to win over the Chiefs in Paducah.

Fulton took an early 1-0 lead in the third inning off an RBI single by Chase Slone driving in Cameron Curry who was walked and made second on an Alex Phillips single.

The Chiefs tied the game in the fifth when Ryan Garner step to the plate with one out and hit a solo homerun. The game remained scoreless until the tenth inning.

Top of the tenth with one out, Railroader Cameron Curry tripled followed by an attempt squeeze play when Alex Phillips laid down a bunt. The squeeze failed but Curry remained on third and Phillips made to first safely. A double steal then occurred with the next at bat and Curry took home to put Fulton ahead by a run.

Bottom of the tenth with one out, Ryan Garner walked followed by a Daniel Seitzinger single putting runners on first and second. Nathan Williams then grounded into a double play to end the game.

Hunter Smith get the win with 9 innings on the mound and pitcher of record when Fulton took the lead in the tenth. Alex Smith earned his second save to close out the bottom half of the tenth. Reliever Daniel Seitzinger takes the loss for the final inning pitched when Fulton went ahead.
