The Hoptown Hoppers remain undefeated after winning over the Chiefs in Paducah. Trailing by 10 runs going into the bottom of the ninth, the Chiefs rallied to put up 6 runs but fell well short of what was needed. The Hoppers produced two grand slams in the game. Hopkinsville remains at the top of the standings alone after the Bombers lost their first game to the Miners.
