(From Hopkinsville) The Hoppers scored first in the game.  Ben Rodriguez hit a solo home run in the bottom of the first.  The Bombers came right back in the top of the second.  Joe Sturino started the inning with a double.  He advanced to third on a wild pitch and scored in Rick Linton doubled.

     The Hoppers went up 2-1 in the bottom of the third.  Sean Brophy lead off the inning with a single, moved to second by a sacrifice bunt , and scored on a fielder's choice by Bubba Oliverra.

     The score remained 2-1 until the bottom of the sixth when the Hoppers scored 2 more runs.  The Hoppers added 2 more insurance runs in the bottom of the seventh.

     Sean Brophy was 2-3 and scored 2 runs for the Hoppers.  Rick Linton was 2-4, both doubles, for the Bombers.

     Dylan Stewart picked up the win for the Hoppers going 5 innings giving up 1 run off of 5 hits.  He struck out 4 and did not issue a base on balls.  Devin Williams took the loss for the Bombers.
