The Hoptown Hoppers defeated the Fulton Railroaders, 4-3

In 12 innings. (From Hopkinsville) Hoptown and Fulton battled for twelve innings with the homestanding Hoppers winning a walk-off 4-3 game.

     Both teams scored a single run in the first inning, and the score remained 1-1 until the fifth inning.  In the fifth Fulton took a 2-1 lead when Reed Johnson lead off with a double.  Daniel Goff then moved Johnson to second with a sacrifice bunt.  After Jeremiah ground out, Dayton Rausch singled driving in Johnson.

     In the bottom of the eighth inning Hoptown scored 2 runs off 2 walks and 2 errors giving the Hoppers a 3-2 lead.  The Railroaders came right back in the top of the ninth scoring a run to tie the game.  Reed Johnson singled, stole second and scored on a single by Jeremiah Spring.

     The score remained 3-3 until the bottom of the twelfth.  Bubba Olivera reached first on an error by the second baseman.  Chris Carrier then doubled with Olivera being thrown out at home.  Carrier advanced to third on the throw.  Anthony Gonzalez then singled driving in Carrier with the winning run.

     Trevor Blocker picked up the win pitching four scoreless innings.  Tyler Nichols suffered the loss allowing only the one run.
