(From Hopkinsville)  Host Hoptown Hoppers snagged a win tonight against the visiting Dubois County Bombers, 7-4.

     Henry Rowland scored first for the Hoppers tonight off of a Brandon Powell single at the bottom of the third. The Hoppers really got it going in the bottom of the fourth with four runs batted in off of a single by  Geordie Carlson and doubles by Mitch Huckabay and Henry Rowland.

     The Bombers started heating up in the seventh with four runs batted in off two hits by Andre Davis and Dane Geisler, but it was not good enough to win the ball game.

     Pitcher Kyle Barbee grabbed the win for the hoppers with three strike-outs and one walk. Reese Johnson got the save with two strikeouts and no earned runs. Jackson White had the loss for the Bombers.
