(From Madisonville) Dillon Endecott and the Pirates downed the Owensboro Oilers by the count of 9-0 Sunday evening, as Michael Roehrig producted the big offensive fireworks for Tradewater.  Roehrig belted two triples and knocked in four runs, adding another hit as well on the night.  The Pirates produced three runs in the third and six runs in the sixth for their offensive explosion, as Endecott received good relief support from lefty Michael Purcell and closer Corey Ames.  Buddy Elgin produced several sparkling defensive plays at third base to support the pitching corps. Miller took the loss for Owensboro.

     Tradewater moved to 12-11 with the win, and will visit Marion Monday, before playing Hoptown at Riverside Park, Dawson Springs, Tuesday evening, with great fireworks to follow the contest.
